In the news....

First, this most ridiculous story from the Times of India: Sunday Times. Well I originally found it in the actual paper, but online it was only available through DNA. Check it, here's the headline:

DRDE scientist escapes human sacrifice attempt by seniors

Interpret it as you will, heres the article.

Next: Going Green? A small column showing a weekly "wacky" story:

Body Heat

How would you like it if guests at your cremation had coffee brewed from your mortal remains?
Over my dead body!
Exactly the point. A funeral parlour in Taipei has invested more than Rs. 1 crore in a plant to recycle the heat generated while cremating bodies. They're using it to power the air-conditioning of the waiting lunge and brew coffee for mourners waiting to collect the ashes of their deceased relatives.
Wow! That's so green it's making me green with envy.
But it's making many mourners turn pale. Imagine sitting in the cool comfort of an A/C powered by your loved one's body! But the funeral parlous officials are at pains to explain that not only is energy being recycles, but pollution is being reduced.
Whatever you say man, but frankly I'd feel weird sipping cappuccino made in a machine that's using electricity from my dear aunt's dead body.
Pity... guess these emotional hang-ups will land Mother Earth in the crematorium one day.

And on a final hilarious note, our beloved Berlusconi and his latest quote. Again taken from the Times of India, Mr. B was quoted saying:

"I'm the best Prime Minister ever. I am absolutely the most persecuted man in the history of the world through all ages."
-- Silvio Berlusconi

Perhaps saying "I am inferior to no one in history" is a more appropriate phrase for him to say. (The Guardian)

And this is coming from the man that said he doesn't like prostitutes because with them you "lose the conquest of a woman". Retard.

If that didn't make you laugh - this commercial will. So great: Intel Stars of Tomorrow Commercial
